This position is responsible to lead the Nutrition Steward team when other leadership is not on-site while fulfilling the role of the Nutrition Steward. Resolves immediate issues regarding sanitizing procedures, workflow and rearranging staffing as needed. Escalates to manager as appropriate. This position is responsible for dishwashing and other general housekeeping tasks to maintain the Culinary Department in a sanitary, safe, and attractive condition and to meet hospital, Health Department and Joint Commission standards.

Sunday, Monday and Tuesday (AM shifts: 6:30am to 3:00pm)
Wednesday & Thursday (PM shifts: 2:30pm to 9:30pm)
Friday & Saturday (Days Off).
