Overview

Assist Stewarding Supervisor and Restaurant Outlets in cleaning and organizing Food and Beverage Outlets.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Promptly sort soiled ware for proper cleaning and replace in storage.
2. Maintain physical strength and stamina due to high activity levels.
3. Keep dish machine clean and filled according to standards.
4. Operate burnishing machine for silverware finishing.
5. De-tarnish and polish silverware for appearance.
6. Clean kitchen equipment like kettles, skillets, pots, and pans promptly.
7. Follow attendance rules and be available to work regularly.
8. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Knowledge of service ware and maintaining it to enhance guest experience.
• Ability to push/pull carts weighing up to 150 pounds.
• Ability to transport heavy objects through crowded areas.
• Capability to lift or move items up to 200 lbs with or without accommodations.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to adapt communication style to various audiences.

Compensation

Not eligible for tips or discretionary bonuses.
