Hyatt Regency Salt Lake City is seeking a Steward/Dishwasher to maintain the cleanliness of all hotel china, silverware, and cookware in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment. This role supports banquet and dining service teams to ensure smooth operations and sparkling presentation.

You will join a supportive, growth‑minded team at a premier downtown property, with opportunities to advance within Hyatt and enjoy the company’s benefits, including meals, insurance, and education assistance.

A Steward or Dishwasher is primarily responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of all hotel china, silverware, and cookware. This is a fast-paced position that will involve constant customer interaction.

Qualifications

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule; including morning, afternoon, and evening shifts with weekend and holiday availability
• Must be able to effectively communicate skills in English are essential, with the ability to interact efficiently with both colleagues and guests in a high-paced environment
• Must have the endurance to stand and walk for extended durations
• Ability to lift, pull, and push up to 50 pounds
