Ideal candidates will have restaurant experience, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a busy environment. Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and event days is preferred.

• Move, organize, and store equipment as directed to support kitchen and service operations.
• Deliver products and supplies to designated food service areas in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of the dish rooms and dish machine, ensuring efficient and consistent operation.
• Special projects and assignments as business dictates

SUMMARY: Responsible for ware washing, surface cleaning, and transporting food and equipment throughout the restaurant. The steward supports overall kitchen and service operations by maintaining cleanliness, organization, and sanitation standards. This role follows procedures established by the Executive Steward to ensure consistency and to help deliver a high‑quality product and experience to guests.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Wash all wares including but not limited to pots, pans, china, flatware, and glassware in accordance with sanitation and safety standards.
• Properly store all wares following company procedures to ensure organization and efficiency.
• Clean walls, floors, equipment, and assigned areas to maintain a safe and sanitary work environment.
• Move, organize, and store equipment as directed to support kitchen and service operations.
• Deliver products and supplies to designated food service areas in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of the dish rooms and dish machine, ensuring efficient and consistent operation.
• Special projects and assignments as business dictates

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

• This position has no supervisory responsibilities
