Responsibilities
The Steward is responsible for the daily operation of the department, including maintaining cleanliness and proper functioning of the food preparation area. This position pays $18/hour.
Essential Duties Include, But Are Not Limited To
Must possess attention to detail, high cleanliness standards, ability to lift up to 75 lbs, and work standing for long periods.
Qualifications
Work Environment: Duties are performed mainly in the back of house of the casino, which can be fast-paced with noise. There may be times on the Casino Floor, exposing employees to secondhand smoke and noise. Employees must be able to stand, walk, handle objects, reach, communicate, and have suitable vision abilities.

The Tribal Council prioritizes employment for Native Americans, giving first preference to Seminole Tribe members and second to other federally recognized Native American Tribes who meet the requirements.
Employment Process
Candidates must pass background checks including credit, criminal, and drug screening to obtain gaming licensure before employment begins.
