Perform dishwashing and kitchen cleaning functions.

Your Growth Path

Cook or Stewarding Supervisor - Executive Steward or Sous Chef

Your Focus

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans.
• Operate dishwashing and other kitchen cleaning equipment.
• Store clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment appropriately.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils.
• Stock supplies such as food and utensils in designated areas.
• Sweep and wash floors; clean trash cans.
• Sort and remove trash, placing it in pickup areas.
• Assist with food preparation during staffing shortages or peak times.
• Monitor guest satisfaction scores and work to improve departmental and overall guest satisfaction.
• Follow sustainability guidelines related to HHM’s EarthView program.
• Practice safe work habits, wear protective equipment, and follow MSDS and OSHA standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Your Background And Skills

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous stewarding experience or equivalent training required.
