Hyatt Hotels Corporation in Vermont’s Stowe area, Spruce Peak, is seeking a Steward/Dishwasher for our Club at Spruce Peak. The role maintains a clean, organized kitchen, washes dishes, cookware, utensils, and supports the culinary operation.

We offer competitive hourly pay, benefits after 30 days, ski pass in winter, golf membership in summer, complimentary stays, onsite fitness, and employee discounts. Full-time and part-time positions available; 18+ required.

Formación

• Previous dishwashing or kitchen experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Operate commercial dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Wash, sanitize, and properly store dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, and cooking utensils.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dish room and kitchen areas.
• Remove trash and recycling regularly and transport to designated disposal areas.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors, ensuring all work areas remain clean and safe.
• Clean and sanitize food preparation surfaces and kitchen equipment as directed.
• Assist with receiving and storing deliveries when needed.
• Restock kitchen supplies, chemicals, and disposables as required.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Support cooks and culinary staff with basic cleaning and organizational tasks.
• Assist with end-of-shift and deep-cleaning projects.

The Steward plays a critical role in maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment. This position is responsible for washing dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment, as well as assisting with general cleaning and sanitation duties throughout the culinary operation.
