Steward Dishwasher

Summary

Responsible for the cleaning of the kitchens, bar and employee restrooms.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Must be available to work the overnight shift.
• Cleans all floors in the kitchen, bar and wait staff area.
• Washes all floor mats.
• Cleans all equipment nightly.
• Cleans all stainless and sinks.
• Performs specialized cleaning duties nightly.
• Replaces all equipment in their appropriate area.
• Responsible for the cleanliness of the employee restrooms.
• Assists in recycling as per company guidelines.
• Promotes proper sanitation and safety for guests and employees at all times.
• Performs shift duties in an accurate and timely manner.
• Fully understands all fire and emergency procedures.
• Follows all company policies.
• Maintains good personal hygiene habits.
• Promotes positive guest and employee relations.
