1. Use manual or mechanical methods to wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and other kitchen equipment.
2. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area by sweeping, mopping, and waste disposal.
3. Assist kitchen staff with food preparation tasks, such as peeling, cutting vegetables, or portioning ingredients.
4. Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies to ensure efficient workflow.
5. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and availability of clean dishes during peak hours.
