Conrad Indianapolis is seeking a Steward to join the Food and Beverage team. This is a great opportunity to grow your career within a Fortune 500 company and a luxury brand.

As the city’s first true luxury hotel and Forbes recommended, this 23-story tower has 247 rooms, 15,000 sq ft of banquet space, and 3 food & beverage outlets, including The Capital Grille, Tastings - Wine Bar & Bistro, and in-room dining.

• Classification: Full-Time
• Shift: Various – must be available weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities include:

• Washing dishes and operating the dishwasher
• Scrubbing pots and pans
• Burnishing, de-tarnishing, and polishing silverware
• Stocking and maintaining supplies and equipment
• Performing cleaning duties such as mopping and trash removal
• Transporting and storing clean service ware
• Training other stewards as needed
• Preparing and setting up clean service ware for events
