Responsibilities

Steward is responsible to support the Lead Steward and Steward Supervisor in the successful cleaning and sanitation of restaurant and bar operations at Horseshoe Indianapolis. The position will be engaged in the safe and efficient cleaning, sanitation, transportation, storage, stocking of dishware, glassware, flatware, pots, pans and smallwares, as well as cleaning walls, floors, walk-ins, freezers, floor mats, kitchen equipment, and trash removal, wiping counter tops, and cook areas in restaurant kitchens, service stations, and bar areas, etc., as well as other duties as assigned. Note: this position will not involve any function involving casino gambling by patrons.
