Asher Adams in Salt Lake City, located in the Union Pacific Depot, seeks a Steward to support culinary operations and maintain cleanliness in a fast-paced kitchen. You will help wash dishes, utensils, and equipment while upholding food safety standards and contributing to efficient workflows.

The role requires the ability to lift 25+ pounds, stand for long periods, and work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Steward or similar role preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Support the culinary team by washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dishwashing area.
• Assist with food preparation and plating as needed.
• Ensure the proper handling and storage of food and supplies.
