Job summary

Chico Hot Springs is seeking a motivated Steward to join our energetic kitchen team. You’ll help keep the kitchen clean, wash dishes, and support the crew during busy periods in our high-volume dining areas.

We value reliability, teamwork, and a willingness to learn; opportunities exist to grow within an award-winning property set against mountain views and hot springs. Flexible schedules and full-time benefits are available.

What You’ll Do

• Keep things clean and moving—wash dishes, help with kitchen cleanliness, and keep the heart of the kitchen beating
• Knock out daily side work and support the team during downtime
• Maintain super high cleanliness and sanitation standards (we take this seriously)
• Take initiative and pitch in wherever needed—we’re all in this together
• Show up on time, stay sharp, and be ready to hustle
• Bring good vibes and a team-first attitude every shift
