Job summary

Chico Hot Springs in Montana is seeking friendly servers to join our team. You’ll greet guests, take accurate orders, and deliver food and drinks with a welcoming, can-do attitude in a lively, high-volume setting near our natural hot springs.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
• Positive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed.
• CPR/First Aid and TIPS certifications are a plus.
• Previous serving experience preferred but not required.
• Able to stand for up to 8 hours.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests quickly and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Take accurate food and drink orders and enter them into the POS.
• Deliver food and beverages efficiently and professionally.
• Provide timely check service and handle payments.
• Stay busy - complete side work, stocking, cleaning, and support teammates.
• Help bus and reset tables as needed (team-first mindset is key).
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and service standards.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and daily operations.

• Money handling experience a plus

What We’re Looking For
