Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group seeks a dynamic, service-oriented Dish Steward to join our Louisville team. You will maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of the dish area, prep sinks, and dish machines, ensuring smooth kitchen operations and consistent guest satisfaction throughout busy service periods.

• Minimum of High School education preferred.
• Previous experience in a similar role required.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and sanitizes all dishes, glassware, utensils and pots
• Maintains dish room and dish machine
• Restocks all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots and pans
• Removes all garbage
• Breaks down, cleans and sanitizes the dish machine at the end of the shift
• Keeps dish and other storage areas clean and organized
• Assists with cleaning other areas of restaurant as requested
• Perform various other duties as assigned
