Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Dish Steward to join our team. This entry-level role supports kitchen operations by keeping dishes, glassware and utensils spotless, maintaining the dish station, and restocking as needed.

Qualifications

• High school education preferred or required.
• Previous experience in a similar role required.
• Dishwashing and sanitation knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and sanitizes all dishes, glassware, utensils and pots.
• Maintains dish room and dish machine.
• Restocks all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots and pans.
• Removes all garbage.
• Breaks down, cleans and sanitizes the dish machine at end of shift.
• Keep dish and storage areas clean and organized.
• Assists with cleaning other areas of restaurant as requested.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
