Le Meridien Stoneleigh, a Marriott Autograph Collection property in Dallas, seeks an Assist Stewarding Supervisor to support daily dishroom and outlet housekeeping operations. You will help maintain cleanliness, organize ware, and ensure smooth service during busy shifts.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of service ware and how to maintain it to complement guest experience.
• Ability to push/pull service carts weighing up to 150 pounds with or without accommodation.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and move goods on carts.

Responsibilities

• Assist Stewarding Supervisor and restaurant outlets in cleaning and organizing the food and beverage outlets.
• Sort and wash ware, keeping dish areas clean and stocked.
• Operate dish-machinery and assist with sanitization and maintenance per hotel standards.
• Prepare and assist with maintenance of silverware and equipment as directed.
• Support attendance and be available to work regular shifts as needed.
