Job summary

The Stoneleigh, a HEI Hotels & Resorts property in Uptown Dallas, is seeking a courteous Room Service Associate to deliver food and beverage orders with precision and warmth, ensuring a memorable guest experience.

You will set up and deliver orders, perform floor sweeps, assist with VIP amenities, manage cash handling per policy, and collaborate with the Room Service team to maintain sanitation standards and respond proactively to guest needs.

Qualifications

• Hotel experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate well with guests.
• Ability to grasp, bend, lift and/or carry, or otherwise move or push goods on a cart weighing a maximum of 100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Set up and deliver all food and beverage orders in accordance with established guidelines and policies.
• Conduct floor sweeps and retrieve all food and beverage trays to maintain sanitation.
• Service all hospitality suites and VIP amenities as directed by events orders.
• Complete shift side work and cash handling per company procedures.
• Respond to guest needs and issues to ensure a quality experience and enhance future sales.
