The Functional Architect (ISG) will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing solutions using Sterling Store Web and IBM Sterling OMS Admin. With a focus on In‑Store Vendor Management the candidate will ensure seamless integration and functionality across systems. This hybrid role requires a deep understanding of Sterling‑Reverse Logistics and a commitment to enhancing operational efficiency.
- Lead the design and implementation of solutions using Sterling Store Web to optimize store operations and vendor management.
- Oversee the integration of IBM Sterling OMS Admin to ensure seamless order management processes.
- Provide expertise in Sterling OMS to enhance system functionality and user experience.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement Sterling‑Reverse Logistics solutions improving return processes.

- Possess extensive experience in Sterling Store Web and IBM Sterling OMS Admin demonstrating a deep understanding of system functionalities.
- Have a strong background in Sterling‑Reverse Logistics showcasing the ability to optimize return processes.
- Demonstrate expertise in In‑Store Vendor Management ensuring effective coordination and integration of vendor systems.
- Exhibit proficiency in English language skills including native‑level speaking, reading, and writing capabilities.
- Display a solid understanding of hybrid work models adapting to both remote and in‑office environments effectively.
- Showcase a minimum of 10 years of experience in relevant technical and domain skills with a maximum of 14 years.
