Sterling Pointe, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for an HHA/CNA to join our growing team!

Sterling Pointe Senior Living is located near Highway 169 in Princeton, across from Fairview Northland Medical Center and Princeton High School. We help seniors Age Magnificently in our 57-unit community offering Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services. Sterling Pointe is a vibrant, caring community with a passionate team. Join us today!

Shifts Available: Part Time (AM 6:30a-2:30p), Full Time (PM 2:30p-10:30p), and Full/Part-time (NOC 10:30p-6:30a), all with every other weekend off.

Wages: HHA: $17-$22/hr, CNA: $19-$24/hr

Shift Differential: $1 for Evenings, $2 for Overnights

In this role, you will support residents with personal care services, including:

  • Providing direct care, recognizing individual needs, encouraging independence, and treating residents with respect and dignity.
  • Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal needs as per the care plan.
  • Engaging residents in meaningful conversations and attentive care.
  • Assisting with medication administration.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in assisted living preferred.
  • Interest in healthcare.
  • Positive, compassionate attitude.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
