Description: Sterling Pointe, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is seeking an HHA/CNA to join our team! Located near Highway 169 in Princeton, across from Fairview Northland Medical Center and Princeton High School, we serve seniors in a 57-unit community offering Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services. Sterling Pointe is a vibrant, caring community with a passionate team. Join us today!

Shifts Available: Part-time, (PM's) 2:30p-10:30p, Part-time (Noc's) 10:30p-6:30a, with every other weekend off.

Wages: HHA: $17-$22/hr, CNA: $19-$24/hr, Shift Differential: $1 for evenings, $2 for overnights.

As a CNA or HHA, you will provide direct care, support residents with daily activities, recognize individual needs, encourage independence, and treat each resident with respect and dignity. Responsibilities include assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and medication administration.

Preferred qualifications include experience in assisted living, a strong interest in healthcare, a positive attitude, and excellent communication skills.
