Job summary

A growing software development company in Hillsboro, Oregon, is seeking a Software Development Tester with expertise in core JAVA and AWS Cloud technologies. Candidates should have at least 4 years of experience in software development and testing, particularly with IBM Sterling package and common test automation tools like Selenium. Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills are required, along with knowledge in Agile methodologies. Job Description

• At least 4 years of experience in Software development and testing life cycles.
• At least 4 years in development and testing of IBM Sterling package
• Must have strong programming skills using core JAVA.
• Must have strong working experience in AWS Cloud technologies.
• Experience in creating, modifying or designing test frameworks (using Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, etc.)
• Knowledgeable in writing code to test code: UI and API level testing
• Have Database knowledge in RDBMS, SQL and Stored Procedures etc.
• Knowledge of Test Automation frameworks and principle
• Experience in Test Automation using common Test Automation tools like Selenium, CodedUI, UFT/QTP etc.
• Knowledge of Performance trouble shooting (heap dump & thread dump analysis) is preferred.
• Ability to lead performance optimization efforts with a strong command of complex performance issues and the ability to direct component owners (network, database, appdev, server OS/WAS, storage, etc.) is a plus
• Nice to have Mobile performance testing experience
• Should have strong co-ordination, communication & reporting, analytical skills
• Should have Strong leadership skills
• Should have experience in Agile and Devops methodology, micro services, Angular js etc.
• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
• Communication and Analytical skills
