Primary Job Duties:

· Demonstrates competence in sterilization, handling of sterile supplies and machines and all facets of sterile processing (on the job training provided)

· Demonstrates competence with our computer software system (on the job training provided)

· Initiates cleaning and restocking of all work areas, assists with putting supplies away as necessary

· Assist with ordering and inventory

· Logistics coordination between office locations and vendors to delivery products for patient appointments

· Works at an efficient and productive pace, handle interruptions appropriately and meets deadlines

· Communicates and interacts in a respectful and professional manner

· Prioritizes workload while being flexible to meet the expectations of the daily operations

· Complies with all applicable laws and regulations, (e.g. HIPAA, OSHA, employment laws, etc.)

· Works independently with minimal supervision

· Travel to all work locations, as needed (Eden Prairie, Chaska, Waconia and Minnetonka)

· Able to work in fast-paced environment to maintain quality and efficiency

· Able to perform work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
