Position Summary:

Perform equipment sterilization functions in ABI manufacturing using cGMP techniques. Responsibilities include cleaning, preparing, and sterilizing small equipment supporting media prep, bacterial, and viral production. Maintain good housekeeping practices, complete process documentation accurately, follow SOPs, and apply cGMP principles. Read and adhere to MSDS guidelines.

Hours: 2nd shift, Monday - Friday, 2:00pm – 10:30pm. Overtime, weekends, and holidays may be required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work safely, maintaining a clean and organized environment
• Use appropriate PPE, including respirators
• Process and clean portable tanks and related equipment
• Sterilize portable tanks for use
• Follow SOPs and communicate effectively with team members and customers
• Respond courteously and promptly to supply and information requests
• Maintain reliability in attendance and punctuality
• Complete accurate and timely documentation

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
• Basic understanding of microbiology and cGMP preferred
