  • Sterilizing surgical instruments and supplies to the highest standards
  • Setting up operating rooms with precision and care
  • Supporting surgical teams with sterile equipment and patient positioning
  • Operating and maintaining sterilization equipment
  • Managing inventory and ensuring compliance with safety protocols
  • Keeping detailed records and performing quality checks
  • Creating a clean, organized, and efficient work environment

What You Bring To The Table

  • Certification from a recognized sterile processing or sterilization program
  • At least 1 year of experience in reprocessing or sterilization
  • Strong knowledge of aseptic techniques and sterilization standards
  • Excellent multitasking and organizational skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bonus: CBSPD recertification and 10+ CEUs over five years

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $26.00/hr.
