Job summary

Applied Medical in Irvine is seeking a Material Handler to support EO and E-beam sterilization processes. You will load products, run sterilization cycles, monitor parameters, and transport items to aeration and QA.

Documentation per MI will be completed, and forklift operation may be required. The role requires a high school diploma, 1+ year in medical manufacturing or warehouse work, ability to stand long hours, lift up to 50 lbs, and SAP knowledge.

Qualifications

• Must have read, write and speak English.
• Experience in medical manufacturing or warehouse operations preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexibility to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift at Irvine facility.
• Familiarity with basic office software (Excel, Outlook, Word).

Responsibilities

• Operate EO and E-beam sterilization equipment following MI requirements.
• Load, cycle, and monitor sterilization processes; move products via conveyor and pallet jacks.
• Review documentation and release products to QA; repalletize as needed.
• Perform safety protocols and PPE usage; maintain dosimeter records and DOT training.
