Confidential Client is seeking a Sterilization Process Operator to join the 2nd shift team. This hands-on role focuses on sterilization operations, material handling, product flow, and GMP documentation within a regulated manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate will have 1+ year of GMP manufacturing experience, strong documentation skills, and the ability to follow SOPs and safety procedures. This position offers shift differential, potential overtime, and opportunities for growth within

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment.
• Experience with batch records, SOPs, controlled documents, or quality documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Demonstrated work history showing reliability, accountability, and tenure.

Responsibilities

• Receive and stage incoming materials.
• Prepare customer products for sterilization processing.
• Load and unload sterilization equipment.
• Monitor sterilization cycles and process operations.
• Package finished products and assemble shipping cartons.
• Complete batch records and GMP documentation.
• Follow SOPs, safety procedures, and quality requirements.
• Support inventory movement and material handling activities.
• Assist with preventative maintenance and operational support as needed.
