Job summary

Zoetis is seeking a full-time B1 Tank Sterilization operator in the Lincoln area to assemble and sterilize portable tanks used in bio-manufacturing. You will learn all functions of the B1 Tank Sterilization department and support GMP documentation.

Shift is 2nd shift (1:30 - 10:00 pm); overtime, weekends and holidays may be required. High school diploma or equivalent required with preference for GMP manufacturing experience.

Qualifications

• GMP manufacturing experience preferred.
• Familiarity with cleanroom behavior and contamination control.
• Excellent attention to detail and right-first-time execution.
• Able to read and follow SOPs, batch records, and logs.
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Train in all functions of the B1 Tank Sterilization department and perform other duties as assigned.
• Assemble, clean, decontaminate, and sterilize portable tanks and related production equipment.
• Read, understand, and complete GMP documentation with accuracy.
• Maintain equipment and facilities in proper working order and follow safety policies.
• Communicate status, issues and handoffs clearly to team members.
