Qualifications

• 2-year technical/electronics degree required; waiver if TRIMEDX Trained Certification or equivalent biomedical certification.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and schematics.
• Must lift up to 50 lbs and maneuver in service environment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills; effective written and verbal communication.
• Valid driver’s license; travel may be required depending on site/region.

Responsibilities

• Conduct performance assurance inspections, scheduled maintenance, and operation verification procedures on sterilization/decontamination equipment.
• Repair and calibrate sterilization and decontamination equipment and systems.
• Inform supervisors of repair status, inspections, and customer concerns.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and outside technicians to ensure service delivery.
• Maintain field-related expertise through ongoing training and education; mentor others where possible.
• Assist with Service Operations Special Projects and contribute to team knowledge.
