Job summary

Carpenter Dental Group in Ohio is seeking a dependable Sterilization Assistant to maintain cleanliness and infection control, sterilize instruments, and support the team in daily operations. The role is open to full or part-time schedules, with a Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM window and on-the-job training.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, reliable, and able to follow established protocols. Dental/medical experience is a plus but not required, as training will be provided.

• Ability to follow protocols and maintain consistency.
• Dependable and punctual.
• Previous dental or medical experience is a plus, but not required (we are willing to train the right candidate)
