Employee Responsibilities:
- Support biopharmaceutical manufacturing of lifesaving medicines in a sterile environment as an Aseptic Sanitization Operator.
- Maintain and sterilize manufacturing suite and equipment to ensure compliance and readiness for production.
- Ensure all manufacturing clean room areas and equipment are clean, disinfected, and prepared for sterile medical product production.
- Ensure equipment, materials, and resources are in place to meet production demands.
- Complete detailed and accurate documentation, and address procedural/documentation errors promptly.
- Operate Microsoft Applications and other computer systems used in the facility.
- Follow standard procedures and execute activities independently and within a team environment to support regulated manufacturing processes.
- Maintain a positive attitude in a customer-focused, team-oriented environment.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate would possess:
- Experience working in a clean room environment or manufacturing facility.
- Good communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours/day in a physically active role.
Minimum qualifications include:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Reliable, hardworking team player.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel for communication, emails, and training.
- Ability to pass a physical exam, including a respiratory certification (with annual monitoring), and a drug test to work in a manufacturing environment.
- Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
Additional Information
Position is full-time, Monday - Friday, 5 p.m. - 1:30 a.m., with occasional overtime. Candidates living within a commutable distance of Seattle, WA are encouraged to apply.
Pay Range: $40,000 - $47,000
