Job summary

Eurofins USA PSS Insourcing Solutions in Seattle, WA, is seeking an Aseptic Sanitization Operator to support biopharmaceutical manufacturing in a sterile facility. You will maintain clean room environments, disinfect equipment, and ensure readiness for production of lifesaving medicines.

No prior experience required; training provided. The role requires standing up to 8 hours, strong teamwork and communication, and reliable performance. Evening shift with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable, hardworking team player.
• Ability to use Microsoft applications for communication, emails, and training.
• Ability to pass a physical including a respiratory certification and drug test.
• US work authorization without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Support aseptic manufacturing in a sterile facility.
• Maintain clean room areas and equipment, ensuring readiness for production.
• Disinfect, sanitize, and sterilize manufacturing suites and equipment.
• Complete documentation accurately and promptly.
• Operate computer systems and Microsoft applications used in the facility.
• Collaborate with team to support regulated manufacturing processes.

Employee Responsibilities

• Aseptic Sanitization Operator works in a sterile manufacturing facility and performs a variety of environmental service duties to maintain and sterilize the manufacturing suite and equipment
• Ensure all manufacturing clean room areas and equipment are clean, disinfected and ready for production of sterile medical products
• Ensure equipment, materials, and other resources are in place to meet production demands
• Complete detailed and accurate documentation, and address procedural/documentation errors promptly and effectively
• Operate Microsoft Applications (for charting, email, and timecards, etc.) and other computer-based systems utilized in the facility
• Follow standard procedure and execute activities independently, and in a in a team environment to support a regulated, manufacturing process
• Project a positive attitude in a customer based, team-oriented environment
• Perform other tasks, as assigned

Ideal Candidate would possess

• Experience working in a clean room environment of manufacturing facility
• Good communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours/day in a physically active role

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma, or equivalent
• Reliable, hardworking team player
• Ability to use Microsoft computer applications for communication, emails, and training
• Ability to pass a physical including a respiratory certification, with annual monitoring, as well as a drug test to work in a manufacturing environment
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
• Ability to work in a fast paced team-oriented setting
• Proficiency with MS Word and Excel
• Excellent communication (oral and written) and attention to detail

Additional Information

Position is full-time, Monday - Friday 5 p.m. - 1:30 a.m.. with occasional overtime required. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Seattle, WA are encouraged to apply.

Pay Range: $40,000 - $47,000
