BluePearl Pet Hospital is seeking a dedicated Sterile Supply Assistant to join our Surgery team!

Pay: $17 - $23 / hour. This pay band is a starting point and is dependent on experience and advancement through our competency leveling system.

We are seeking a Sterile Supply Assistant with a self‑motivated, positive attitude to add to our surgical team. This person should be organized and focused on maintaining high-quality instruments and patient care through sterile preparation.

As a Sterile Supply Assistant, You Will

• Prepare instruments and operating room for surgery.
• Troubleshoot and remove faulty equipment from service to submit for repair or replacement.
• Maintain appropriate quantities of surgical supplies and equipment.
• Decontaminate and clean operating rooms, sterile supply room, and equipment according to established procedures.
• Clean and sterilize instruments and wrap packs.
• Serve as a resource/reference to the surgical team regarding surgical equipment.
• Manage all inventory for the Surgery Department, including monitoring stock levels, maintaining appropriate PAR levels, ordering supplies, receiving shipments, and ensuring product availability to support daily operations.
• Provide support to the Surgery Department as needed. Surgical assisting duties may be required based on caseload, staffing needs, and operational demands.
