The role requires 3+ years in pharmaceutical scheduling, experience with ERP/APS systems, and strong Excel and cross-functional communication skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of production scheduling/planning experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or sterile/aseptic manufacturing; CDMO experience preferred.
  • Experience with ERP/APS systems (SAP, Oracle, JDE, PlanetTogether, Kinaxis) and scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain rolling detailed production schedules for dispensing, compounding, filling lines, visual inspection, and packaging suites.
  • Sequence batches to minimize changeover time and downtime while respecting product segregation.
  • Adjust schedules in real time due to deviations, downtime, material delays, or priority changes; communicate impacts promptly.
  • Model capacity constraints and coordinate with Manufacturing/Engineering on preventive maintenance and calibration to minimize disruption.
