Cincinnati Children's in Cincinnati, OH, is seeking a Training and Facilitation professional for the Sterile Procedure & Distrib department at the Burnet Campus. This full-time, day-shift role supports adult learning needs and focuses on development and delivery of training programs.

You will design content, coordinate with stakeholders, ensure training effectiveness, and manage multiple projects while meeting service level agreements.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field is required.
• 2+ years of related work experience.

Responsabilidades

• Training and facilitation for a variety of audiences, while monitoring training effectiveness.
• Develops and delivers content through consultation with clients and stakeholders to ensure relevance.
• Ensures knowledge is gained in a way that supports improvements of end users.
• Participates in planning, creation, design and development of programs and materials for multiple topics.
• Leads the effort for updating programs/materials and for new course requirements.
• Collaboration with managers, leaders, and learners as a resource for adult learning models.
