Job summary

The role requires a High School diploma or GED, CSPDT or CSPT certification within 2 years, and prior experience is preferred. You’ll work with nurses and surgeons to prepare trays, monitor cycles, and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• CSPDT or CSPT certification must be obtained within 2 years of start date.
• Previous experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning, disinfecting, sterilizing, and organizing instruments and supplies following safety standards
• Monitoring sterilization cycles, documenting results, and resolving issues promptly
• Preparing and organizing instrument trays and surgical rooms based on daily schedule
• Safely handling and disposing of biohazardous materials while keeping the work area clean
• Working closely with nurses and surgeons to anticipate needs and support surgeries
