Job summary

Bone Bank Allografts, a subsidiary of Globus Medical Inc., provides sterile bone allograft processing for orthopedic, dental and reconstructive procedures. The CSS Technician role supports the manufacturing facility, focusing on cleanliness, reprocessing of instruments, and assisting processing staff during shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year manufacturing experience in aseptic/sterile environment preferred.
• Experience with calipers, micrometers and cutting/drilling/routing equipment.
• Strong English communication (speaking, reading, writing)
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Data entry and MS Excel & Outlook proficiency.
• Self-starter with advanced critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain case carts and supply areas to support workflow.
• Set up and break down processing/packaging rooms before/after cases.
• Clean and sterilize equipment; reprocess between uses.
• Dispose of contaminated waste per SOPs and regulations.
• Prepare instruments and perform sterilization runs (ETO and steam).
• Ensure systems follow manufacturer instructions and safety guidelines.
• Maintain compliance with laws and company policies; complete required training.
• Represent the company professionally in all interactions.
