The starting rate for this training program is $17.67 per hour , with full-time benefits effective on your first day of employment. Upon successful completion of the program, participants will transition into a Sterile Processing Technician I role and receive a salary increase.
Successful participants must be flexible to work available shifts based on operational and staffing needs, including:
Positions may require rotating weekends and holidays. Team members may be assigned to either the Newark or Wilmington campus based on departmental needs.
