Job summary

Valley Health System is seeking a Surgical Services Materials Technician to ensure timely delivery of carts, sets and supplies to the surgical core. You will support OR turnovers and assist with case cart setup, inventory control and aseptic handling of instruments.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, with preferred BCLS certification. This role emphasizes accurate pick lists, timely restocking, and adherence to safety procedures in a fast-paced surgical environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Current BCLS Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure supply carts, par level carts, instrument sets, single peel packs and emergency supplies meet quotas.
• Assist with Operating Room turnovers to meet turnover times.
• Maintain clean areas per procedures and assist with Case Cart Set Up.
