Qualifications

• Previous sterile processing or healthcare experience is preferred (but not required).
• Ability to learn and grow in healthcare environments.
• Strong organizational and attention-to-detail abilities.

Responsibilities

• Decontaminate, disinfect, and sterilize surgical instruments per standards.
• Assemble trays and instrument sets with accuracy.
• Wrap and label trays for sterilization and transport.
• Maintain inventory of instruments, implants, and supplies.
• Communicate shortages or damaged instruments to teams.
• Assist surgical staff to ensure instruments are available as needed.
