Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Sterile Processing Technician to follow approved infection control and QA policies. The role cleans, decontaminates, sterilizes, and prepares instruments for inpatient and outpatient departments, and supports inventory and equipment distribution.

Supports sterilization documentation and safety compliance, participates in orientation and training, and assists with workflow in the Sterile Processing Department as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience following infection control policies and sterile processing standards.
• Ability to document sterilization loads and QA records accurately.
• Familiar with decontamination and instrument assembly workflows.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to standard infection control precautions and QA monitoring.
• Inspects, cleans, sterilizes and packages reusable instruments and equipment.
• Maintains sterilization records and inventory, stocking supplies for the department.
• Ensures safety policies and employee competency programs are followed.
