Job summary

Indiana University Health System is seeking an SPD technician to clean, wrap, sterilize, store and distribute equipment and instruments used in patient care across the hospital.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, completion of certification coursework within two years of hire, ongoing CE credits, orientation to SPD, and basic computer skills; experience with aseptic techniques or healthcare settings is preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires 12 CE credits annually focusing on information and advancement related to the CS field and be of a technical nature.
