Job summary

Crystal Clinic Orthopaedic Center in Northeast Ohio is hiring for a Sterile Processor on the 2nd shift. Location: Fairlawn, OH. The role involves decontamination, cleaning, packaging, sterilization, and storage of surgical instruments.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma/GED or Sterile Processing degree and 1–2 years of experience. This non-exempt, full-time position offers a 2nd shift schedule from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM with comprehensive benefits.

• 1–2 years of sterile processing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Description

The Essentials:

Schedule: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM | 2 nd Shift

What you’ll do:

• Provide clean and sterile supplies and equipment through decontamination, cleaning, packaging, sterilization and storage with inventory of all surgical instrumentation.
• Clean, sterilize and assemble equipment, supplies and instruments according to prescribed procedures and techniques
• Support surgical patient care team by performing multifunctional activities including setting up instrument trays, maintaining proper documentation, and daily records

What We’re Looking For:

• Education: High School Diploma/GED or degree in Sterile Processing
• Experience: One to Two years of sterile processing experience preferred
