Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, ability to obtain CPR within 60 days, strong English communication, and the willingness to grow professionally.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must obtain CPR certification within 60 days of employment.
• Ability to relate and work effectively with others.
• Demonstrated skills in verbal and written English communications for safe and effective patient care and to meet documentation standards.
• Willingness to participate in goal-setting and educational activities for own professional advancement.
• Previous experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper care and maintenance for all surgical instrumentation, equipment and sterilization processes.
• Assist with room turnover and retrieving supplies for the surgical staff.
• Able to work under pressure with patience, tact, stamina and endurance.
