Job summary

Plan A Health is seeking a Sterile Processing Technician to manage decontamination, instrument prep, and sterilization to support safe patient care.

You will follow infection control guidelines, assemble instrument sets, and maintain meticulous records of decontamination and testing results. Collaboration with the team is essential as is adherence to safety standards and procedures.

Qualifications

• Completion of surgical tech, sterile processing tech, or dental assistant training, or equivalent with a high school diploma and hospital/clinical experience.
• Certifications preferred: CRCST or CSPDT; if uncertified, must obtain CRCST within one year.
• Ability to follow strict procedures, interpret monitors, and document activities accurately; self-directed with teamwork skills.
