Responsibilities

• Clean, disinfect, sterilize, and organize surgical instruments and supplies following safety standards
• Monitor sterilization cycles, document results, and resolve issues to ensure safe care
• Prepare and organize instrument trays and surgical rooms based on daily schedule
• Safely handle and dispose of biohazardous materials while keeping the work area clean
• Collaborate with nurses and surgeons to anticipate needs and support surgeries
