Advocate Health is seeking a Sterile Processing Technician at the Davie Campus to support instrument preparation and sterilization for the surgery department. You will clean, inspect, assemble instruments, and operate autoclaves daily, ensuring logs and biological indicators are properly maintained.
This is a full-time, on-site role with a 40-hour work week. The position requires a high school diploma or GED; CSPDT is preferred but not required.

Responsible for the cleaning, assembling, packaging, maintenance, and sterilization of surgical instruments, supplies and equipment. Responsible for the daily checking of the autoclaves to insure proper function. Works with other department staff members to provide the necessary equipment, instruments, and supplies for posted procedures.
