Job summary

Baptist Health Downtown Jacksonville is seeking an experienced Sterile Processing Technician for the night shift (11:00 p.m.–7:30 a.m.). This role supports surgical services by ensuring sterile instruments and equipment are properly cleaned, sterilized, and ready for patient care.

Requirements include 1–2 years of instrument experience and 1–2 years of surgical instrumentation experience, plus a High School Diploma.

Responsibilities

• Perform decontamination and sterilization of surgical instruments and equipment.

Up to $1,000 Sign-on Bonus for Eligible Candidates Baptist Medical Center Jacksonville is seeking an experienced Sterile Processing Technician to join our Sterile Processing Department at our Downtown Jacksonville campus. This is a full-time night shift position, working Monday through Friday, 11:00 p.m. – 7:30 a.m.

As a Sterile Processing Technician, you will play a critical role in supporting surgical services by ensuring instruments and equipment are properly cleaned, sterilized, assembled, and available for patient care.
