What You Will Do
- Instrument Processing Mastery: Transform used medical instruments from potential hazards to sterility.
- Assembly and Packaging Artistry: Assemble and package instrument sets with precision to ensure readiness for life-saving procedures.
- Quality Control Vigilance: Conduct meticulous checks to ensure the highest standards of sterilization are met.
- Inventory Management Acumen: Maintain awareness of the instrument inventory, ensuring items are pristine and ready at a moments notice.
- Safety and Infection Control Champion: Uphold infection control standards and use PPE to safeguard health.
- Documentation Diligence: Maintain accurate sterilization records and documentation of excellence.
- Equipment Maintenance Expertise: Ensure sterilization equipment is in peak condition to prevent contamination.
- Communication Conductor: Collaborate with clients and team to keep information flowing and support steady.

What You Will Bring To The Table
- High school diploma or equivalent; Sterile Processing Technician certification (e.g., CRCST, CIS, or similar) preferred.
- Experience in sterile processing with at least one year of demonstrated commitment.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Details
This is an on-site position at our Long Beach, California facility. We are building other facilities and may require occasional travel to share best practices and meet with vendors and partners. You will be expected to comply with all company health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures and to contribute suggestions for improvement. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential duties. The pay range for this role is 25 - 35 USD per hour (Long Beach).
