Job summary

Great Falls Clinic is seeking a Certified Sterile Processing Technician for an Ambulatory Surgical Center. The role involves caring for and preparing surgical instruments and supplies, following IFU, maintaining inventory, and ordering supplies. The technician will test sterilizers and maintain records.

Requires HS diploma, 2 years instrument tech experience in hospital environment, Sterile Processing Certificate, and current BCLS certification. A sign-on bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Instrument technician experience, 2 years or equivalent experience in hospital materials management department.
• Certified Sterile Processing Certificate required.
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support Certification.

Responsibilities

• Care for and prepare surgical instruments and supplies.

• Maintain inventory levels by checking supplies and equipment; order supplies for the area.

Job Summary:

Sterile Processing Technician for Ambulatory Surgical Center. Responsible for the care and preparation of surgical instruments and supplies. Follows manufacturer's Instruction For Use (IFU). The technician maintains established inventory levels by checking supplies and equipment. Orders supplies for the area. The technician performs the appropriate testing of all sterilizers and keeps accurate records.

Requirements:

• High School graduate or equivalent
• Instrument technician experience, 2 years or equivalent experience in hospital materials management department
• Certified Sterile Processing Certificate required
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support Certification

Salary Range:

• $24.00 - $28.00 per hour, based on skill and experience level.
• Sign-on bonus of $1,500 (half paid out at 3 months and remaining amount at 9 months, with a one-year commitment)
